Pause for Peace | In partnership with Live Peace | September 21, 2025 – International Day of Peace
Peace is the greatest challenge of our time. With war, division, and violence impacting lives across every continent, music has the power to bring us together, to inspire, to unite, to demand peace.
That’s why PEAC Institute is proud to partner with Live Peace to create a historic 24-hour global concert on September 21, 2025, the United Nations’ International Day of Peace. This effort includes youth ensembles, citizen concerts, and major music festivals across the globe, culminating in a wave of sound, solidarity, and storytelling that echoes across all 24 time zones.
🌍 What Is Pause for Peace?
This is not just a concert. It’s a global cultural activation — a people-powered movement rooted in the belief that peace is possible and that music can be the catalyst.
Together, we aim to:
Elevate youth voices in over 96 countries through music, art, and performance
Create a cultural phenomenon that redefines peace as a practice, not just an ideal
Unite global citizens in a synchronized, peaceful action on the same day
📅 Key Dates
September 21, 2025
The world takes a stand for peace. Youth-led performances and citizen concerts unfold in every time zone. From Annecy, France to Homburg, Germany and beyond — the world will pause to sing, dance, and declare: We Want Peace.
October 4, 2025 (optional future programming)
Select communities will host local youth concert celebrations, reflecting back on the global day and building toward sustained action.

🎤 Host a Concert or Art Event
From small gatherings to large festivals, register your local peace event and get listed on the global Live Peace platform. You’ll receive logos, branding tools, and more.
📺 Stream the Global Broadcast
Watch youth performances and featured concerts from every continent. Join from your home, school, or community center.
