"This workshop was one of the most important projects I've ever been a part of in my life, and always will be. It made me believe again in myself and in people as a whole - that we have the capacity to work together and make a difference. Peace is something that I feel people think is unobtainable - like a fantasy that only children believe in. But this workshop made me see that in just a week I could form a strong bond with people I had never met before. Through art and sharing time together we were able to communicate with each other and communicate to the world our view of love, peace, and being kind to one another. Through the workshop, I learned that every voice does make a difference and that peace comes through taking the time to understand one another." March 2015
